Lisa Mims

Lisa Mims is an experienced executive and personal coach currently serving at Skillsoft since January 2023 and operating L Mims Career & Personal Coaching LLC since February 2019, where Lisa focuses on helping clients identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Prior to coaching, Lisa was the President and Owner of Mod Green Pod, a pioneering sustainable textile business where significant operational, financial, and marketing achievements were made. Previous roles include Principal at The Parthenon Group, where market research and business planning were conducted for notable clients, as well as financial and operational positions at kate spade, Gillette Company, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Lisa holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cornell University, along with coaching training from the Coaches Training Institute.
