Lisa Stern is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Learning Consultant and Project Manager at Skillsoft since September 2023, Lisa specializes in designing impactful learning programs that align business goals with skills strategies, particularly in AI and data capabilities. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Learning & Development Manager at MinterEllisonRuddWatts, where responsibilities included creating a cohesive learning and development strategy. Lisa has significant experience at The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, holding various roles including Learning Programmes Manager, Digital & eLearning Manager, and Education & eLearning Specialist, focusing on training initiatives, digital transformation, and online course development. Additionally, Lisa has a strong academic background with a Master of Arts in Tourism from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Fachhochschule Westküste.
