Luisa Kurtz

Luisa Kurtz is a seasoned Client Success Leader in technology and talent consulting with extensive experience in client relations and organizational transformation. Luisa served as a Manager II at Kmart from 1990 to 2000 and later held various leadership roles at Korn Ferry, including Client Success Executive and Director of Professional Development, where significant initiatives in talent management and DEI were launched. Currently, Luisa is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Skillsoft, continuing to leverage expertise in elevating client satisfaction and organizational development. Luisa holds a BS in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.
