Renee Patton serves as the President and CEO of Blue Glass Company, Inc., since February 2022, providing executive and career coaching, leadership development, and business consulting services. Concurrently, Patton works as an Executive Coach for Skillsoft and HumanQ, delivering coaching and training tailored to various organizations. Prior to these roles, Patton spent nearly 18 years at Cisco, culminating as Global Director for the Healthcare and Education Industries, where strategic initiatives transformed institutional experiences through technology. Additional experience includes leadership positions at C2M Consulting, Siemens, Ensim, and MetaSound Systems, complemented by educational governance as a Board Trustee for the Los Gatos Saratoga Joint Union High School District. Patton holds a Master's degree in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in English and French from Santa Clara University.
