Ricki Hagerty has extensive experience in customer success and sales management within the technology and learning sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Enterprise East at Skillsoft since February 2004, Ricki leads a team of Customer Success Managers, working closely with Account Executives and Regional VPs to retain and expand the client base. Previous roles at Skillsoft include Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Skillsoft, Ricki worked as a Senior Learning Consultant at NETg, and as a Regional Account Manager for AM100 law firms at Speer Software Training. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Director of Administration at Datronics and various positions at Wang Laboratories, including Professional Services Sales Manager and Support Manager, where responsibilities spanned sales, marketing, and consulting services across multiple sectors. Ricki holds a degree from Brooklyn College, attended from 1977 to 1981.
