Santosh Rasputra

Santosh Rasputra is an experienced professional in content development and learning solutions, currently serving as the Director of Content Development at Skillsoft since August 2015, where responsibilities include planning and producing digital learning products in various domains while enhancing productivity through process automation. Previously, Santosh held the role of Vice President - Leadership, Learning and Talent at Barclays, focusing on program management for learning initiatives and change management. At HSBC, as Head of Curriculum and Assessments, Santosh established a competency development framework to support workforce skills aligned with strategic goals. Earlier career experience includes serving as Program Manager for Enterprise Learning Solutions at NIIT Limited, overseeing P&L and custom content projects. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an education from Xavier Institute of Management and Research.
