Scott Elvin, PMP, is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in enhancing organizational efficiency and customer success within the educational technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Skillsoft since May 2014, Scott has been instrumental in architecting initiatives that optimize the effectiveness of global Customer Success Managers by streamlining internal processes and developing scalable digital services.
