Selma Karaca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and technology. Currently serving as a Skillsoft Executive Coach since October 2023, Selma also founded Selma Karaca Gelişim Koçluk Danışmanlık ve Eğitim in November 2021. With a strong background in various roles at Microsoft from 2005 to 2017, including positions such as Cloud and Enterprise Product Group Director, Selma has also worked with Captaris International, NTT Europe Ltd., and Nortel Networks in various capacities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, supplemented by coaching certifications from Erickson Coaching International and LMS Leadership Management Systems.
