Sharon Sim

Sharon Sim is an experienced professional in the field of presales and customer success management, currently serving as Snr PreSales Manager EMEA & APJ at Skillsoft since February 2019. Throughout her tenure at Skillsoft, Sharon has progressed through various managerial roles, including Snr Manager PreSales EMEA & India and Manager of Solution Architects for EMEA & India. Prior to her current position, Sharon spent nearly a decade in customer success management, leading a team of Global Field CSMs while managing key strategic accounts. Earlier experience includes the role of e-Learning Solutions Manager at PPI Learning Services, where Sharon developed and launched the e-learning business, and as e-Learning Product Manager at Spring IT Training, where responsibilities included managing the e-learning business and vendor procurement.
