Tricia Sticca, ACC, ELI-MP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Success Circle CNY and Associate Coach at Emergent, Tricia specializes in guiding female entrepreneurs and helping leaders and organizations maximize their potential. With roles as a Leadership Coach at Positive Intelligence and Executive Coach at Skillsoft, Tricia focuses on improving mental fitness and leadership capabilities. From 2021, Tricia has operated Tricia Sticca Professional Coaching, offering career and leadership coaching services. Prior to these coaching roles, Tricia held senior positions at Northland Communications Company, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and gained foundational experience in banking as a Commercial Lender at Rome Savings Bank.
