SkillSprint™ is a category-defining SkillTech™ company pioneering the future of workforce intelligence. Built on proprietary AI models and a defensible IP system, SkillSprint™ integrates real-time skill tracking, verification, and gamified upskilling into one seamless platform—something no traditional LMS delivers.

Founded by People Intelligence expert and Emmy Award–winning CEO Dhomonique Murphy and Constant Contact Co-Founder Alec Stern, the team combines deep entrepreneurial success with proven billion-dollar scaling expertise. This leadership, combined with elite contracting vehicles—including 8(a) and the GSA Schedule—together with MBE and WBE certifications and national media recognition, positions SkillSprint™ with unmatched credibility.

Recognized as WBENC’s #1 Woman-Owned Business in America, a Pepperdine Most Fundable Companies semi-finalist, and featured on NBC, OK! Magazine, and more, SkillSprint™ stands out as both award-winning and execution-ready. With enterprise pilots underway, including an NDA with a Fortune 5 company, SkillSprint™ is leading the charge in solving one of the greatest business challenges of our era: measuring, verifying, and evolving workforce skills at scale.
