SkillStruct is a technology and education consultancy with a strong social enterprise ethos. We specialise in two core areas: helping organisations innovate through the use of technology, and building diverse pipelines of underrepresented and novice talent for the future of work. Our mission is to level the playing field in tech, ensuring that opportunities in digital industries are accessible to all, particularly those from underserved communities.

Our Services
We provide a range of services tailored to both organisations and individuals:

Technology & Innovation Consulting – We support organisations in adopting and implementing technology-driven solutions. This includes advisory on emerging technologies, digital transformation strategies, and building inclusive innovation models that align with business goals while creating measurable social impact.

Talent Development & Employability – Through structured workshops, mentoring, and training programmes, we prepare young people and early-career professionals for careers in technology. Our programmes cover digital skills, problem-solving, and future-of-work readiness, designed with accessibility and inclusivity at their core.

SkillStruct University – A virtual peer-learning and networking hub where young people can access resources, mentorship, and opportunities to develop their careers. This platform extends our impact beyond in-person sessions and ensures scalable, continuous support for learners.

SkillStruct Career App (in development) – An AI-powered, gamified career discovery platform that helps users identify career pathways, develop a tailored 12-month action plan, and connect with relevant opportunities. The app is designed to be accessible, engaging, and inclusive, specifically supporting underrepresented individuals to enter high-demand sectors such as digital, tech, and creative industries.
