Michelle Dervan

They are the Chief Executive Officer of SkillsTrust, a Dublin-based HRTech company that helps employers get their data in shape for disclosure under EU pay transparency rules. They have been a Fellow with On Deck (ODF15) since 2022. They earned an MBA Executive Program from Columbia Business School (2012-2014). Their career includes roles at Enterprise Ireland as Senior Market Adviser for Russia and High Growth Markets (2008-2010) and at Pearson Education as Director of Strategic Partnerships (2014-2016); they also served as Venture Partner, Principal, and Partner at Rethink Education, a venture capital fund focused on education technology.
