Welcome to skillsvista, a B2B strategic workforce platform which enables businesses to match critical skills needs and roles with existing employees or external applicants.
The platform identifies the essential and optional skill requirements for thosands of roles. Skillsvista also provides upskilling plans for employees and managers to bridge their skills gaps and drive business growth in a cost effective, efficient, and targeted manner. Our systems complement existing HR or Learning Management Systems and can be integrated with them. Skillsvista has worked with the Irish State's Educational Training Boards, the national skills agency, Skillnet Ireland, the Irish Defence Forces, Digital Manufacturing Ireland, the cross border enterprise agency, InterTradeIreland and companies in key sectors including construction. Our systems empower employment, line managers and employees to focus on their skillsets and training needs.
Our mission: to create a system that is proactive in addressing the needs of industry and the workforce.

Backed by a team of experienced professionals, our strategic vision is to create a platform that connects government, industry and the workforce. It will ensure that all of the training and upskilling that takes places will be more targeted, maximise government spending, facilitate industry to be more proactive rather that reactive to the needs of the labour. People will be completing training and courses that will be bridging the gaps that currently exist in industry. Please get in touch with us today to learn how skillsvista can help your future success.

We examine what organisations and industries are doing to stay relevant and competitive in this fast-paced world. Industry informs us of where they envisage future jobs and they can be advertised on our system so that people can upskill and compete for those roles.
