Founded by industry leader and CEO Jason Aubrey, Skilltrade is building a future where education unlocks opportunity for everyone.

The traditional college education doesn’t make sense for today’s workforce. It’s too lengthy and too expensive, and it’s preventing students from having a real shot at building thriving careers in healthcare and other skilled trades. At Skilltrade, we help individuals launch better careers, faster—and without crippling student loan debt.

Our innovative learning model combines state-of-the-art online learning with hands-on lab practice while offering tailored skill training solutions for employers, including train-and-hire programs and custom curriculum development.

At Skilltrade, we’re redefining skilled trades training:

Career-Focused Education: We help individuals build better careers–faster–through innovative online training and hands-on practice.

Matching Skilled Candidates with Top Employers: We pair certified, trained employees with some of the top leaders in the healthcare industry.

Tailored Training Solutions: We offer customized employer training solutions to meet the unique needs of growing organizations.

We're setting the new standard of healthcare training by bridging the gap between students and employers through affordable, accessible, and hands-on learning and integrated, scalable training solutions. Skilltrade aims to graduate 25,000 licensed and credentialed healthcare professionals—to create a future where high-quality, accessible training is the standard, not the exception.

Through strategic partnerships with employers and a leadership team with deep expertise in healthcare and education, Skilltrade is solving an eminent staffing crisis in healthcare and providing accessible training options for those seeking to build meaningful, thriving careers.
