Brian Edwards Jr. has held a variety of roles in the past. In 2021, they began working as a Sales and Leasing Professional at Gerry Lane Cadillac. Prior to that, in 2020, they were a Sales and Leasing Professional at Matt Bowers Automotive Group. In 2019, they were a Sales Consultant at AT&T and an Assistant Sales Manager at Vector Marketing. In 2017, they worked as a Community Park Coordinator at BREC. Before that, in 2006, they were a Percussionist. Currently, Brian Edwards Jr. is an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Skilltype, which they began in 2022.

Brian Edwards Jr. completed their high school education at Zachary High School, where they earned a High School Diploma in General Education. Brian then went on to attend Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA. Lastly, they attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and earned an Associate of Science - AS in Hospitality & Restaurant Management.
