Ramnathan S has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ramnathan started their career as a Finance Incharge at Imperial Trade & Commerce Ltd and later worked as an Accounts Officer at Olam International. Ramnathan then pursued a Post Graduate in Management from SIES College of Management Studies in India. Ramnathan S joined Global Talent Track and held various roles, including Deputy General Manager - New Projects, Group Manager, and Manager - International Operations. In 2015, they became the Strategic Business Head at Business Excellence & Research Group (BERG) in Singapore. Currently, Ramnathan S is the Vice President at skillventory - A Leading Talent Research Firm, where they lead a team responsible for achieving business objectives and talent delivery in industries like Electric Vehicle, Automotive R&D, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
