Todd Valli

Todd Valli serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Skillz since July 2025, overseeing various aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and corporate governance. Previously, Todd held the position of Senior Vice President at Everi Holdings Inc. from September 2011 to July 2025, where responsibilities included technical accounting, financial reporting compliance, corporate transactions, and corporate governance. Todd's career also includes significant roles at Affinity Gaming, LLC, Bally Technologies, AT&T Interactive, Diamond Resorts International®, Consolidated Resorts, Inc., and Saxton Incorporated, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and compliance across diverse sectors. Todd earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a BSBA in Managerial Finance from UNLV Lee Business School.
