Laurel Putter

Laurel Putter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SKIM since January 2021, having previously held roles as Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Intern within the same company. Prior to SKIM, Laurel Putter worked as a Teaching Assistant at RSM Erasmus University and chaired the Master Study Club HRM at the STAR Study Association Rotterdam School of Management. Other notable experiences include positions as HR Medewerker at BOOKD, HR and Recruitment Assistant at CLUSE, and HR Intern at Unilever. Laurel Putter also gained leadership experience as Vice Chairman of the Carrière Commissie at the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen and has a diverse background as a Horeca Employee at Outdoor Valley. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam School of Management and a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
