Nikki Westoby is an experienced professional in brand communications and consumer insights, currently serving as the Brand Communications Director at SKIM since April 2021. Previously, Nikki held the position of Research Director at behave, part of Total Media, where innovative media strategies were developed based on consumer behavior insights. Prior roles include Director of Neuroscience at Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience and Co-Founder and Research Director at Secure Perception Research, a niche market research agency focused on behavioral sciences. Earlier career experiences also include positions at Kantar as a Senior Innovations Executive and at the Experimental Consumer Psychology Lab as Research Manager. Nikki holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, alongside a BSc in Research Methods in Psychology and an MSc in Consumer Psychology, all from Bangor University.
