Mr. Fare has more than 30 years of experience in drug discovery research and business development strategies. He brings vast knowledge in managerial responsibility for drug discovery research, business development, and research operations.

His areas of expertise also include long-range global strategic planning and marketing/regulatory. He was a founding member of a diversified biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Fare holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s University and Master of Science degree from Drexel University.
