Skinner is a skilled trades staffing agency that prides itself on its integrity and reliability. For over 80 years, business leaders have trusted our firm to alleviate workforce gaps across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. We specialize in recruiting and placing workers with plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and mechanical experience.

Service is in our blood. Our small, dedicated, and responsive team genuinely cares about the success of our clients and the well-being of the skilled trades workers we recruit. Your needs are our priority, so we’re always looking for ways to help you save time in your search and shorten the road to reaching your goals.

Formerly known as Ellis M. Skinner, we carry on the same commitment to reliability and trust that the Skinner family has provided since 1942. Dedication and transparency are written into our culture, making us more than just another staffing firm.
