Warner Philips serves as a Venture Partner and Co-Founder at Rubio Impact Ventures, focusing on investments in entrepreneurs addressing societal challenges through scalable business models. In addition to these roles, Warner holds board positions at SkinVision, SkillLab, and Lingvist, and acts as a board observer for OLIO and Sama. Warner is involved with the Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen, contributing to the development of the Dutch VC industry, and serves as a Venture Advisor for FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank. As an Angel Investor for Powerhive and a Fund Advisor for Obvious Ventures, Warner supports solar initiatives and sustainable entrepreneurial efforts globally. Academic credentials include a Master's in Law from the University of Amsterdam and further education from London Business School and other institutions.
