Jessica Simon

Jessica Simon has over eight years of work experience. Jessica began their career in 2012 as a Creative Design Consultant for Stony Brook Charters, where they developed the company's website and social media presence, and was responsible for creating the company brand and all marketing material. In 2014, they interned as a Graphic Design Intern at Outeraction, where they increased customer participation by 40% by conducting user surveys and enhancing the overall online experience. Jessica also designed and managed all company content, such as web design, logos, and flyers. That same year, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for MacDinton's Irish Pub. From 2015 to 2019, Jessica worked as a UX Designer/Engineer for Raymond James, where they lead the design on an advisor access dashboard integrating primary tools used by over 8k advisors. Jessica also established an internal design system for an integrated platform of planning and practice management applications. In 2019, Jessica moved to Spectrum Enterprise as a Product Designer, where they lead and managed a tiger team to create an enterprise design system. Jessica also lead the design on internal applications working to improve user workflows and reduce swivel chair on daily operations. Finally, in 2021, Jessica joined GoCart as a Senior Product Designer, where they established UXR process and led research initiatives across 3 product squads. Jessica also lead and contributed to the design on digital payment features and experiences resulting in thousands of new user enrollments and GoCart payments. Jessica is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Skipify.

Jessica Simon graduated from the University of Tampa in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design.
