Idara U. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Idara started their career at Wispm Ventures in 2013 as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked until 2015. In 2017, they joined AJSSA as an Education Officer and remained in the role until 2021. Idara then joined Transsnet Media in 2019, where they served as a Talent Operation/Creative Executive until 2021. Idara went on to work at Browsio in 2022 as an HR/Onboarding Manager and later joined Skipp as a Remote Tech Talent Sourcer in the same year. Currently, they are working at Revolutionplus Property as a Creative Executive (Cinematographer) starting from 2021.

Idara U. attended Delta State University, Abraka from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine & Applied Art. In terms of additional certifications, Idara obtained a Diploma in Human Resources (HR), completed a course on "How to Design a Performance Management System," and obtained a certification in Talent Acquisition Practices from Alison - Empower Yourself in May 2022. They also obtained a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from DevSkiller in May 2022. Prior to that, they completed a course on Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting in October 2021 and a course on Project Management Foundations in May 2021, both from LinkedIn.
