Julia Brickman

Julia Brickman has an extensive work experience. Julia began their career in 1999 as the CEO and Co-Founder of Polka Dot Design, where they successfully grew the company to an innovative tech company with over $8M in annual revenues and a staff of 30. In 2012, they became the Principal Consultant at Crowning Group, where they provided a range of services, including strategic planning, business development consulting, team building, innovation process development, design-thinking training, HR consulting, and cultural transformation. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Skipper.io, a company dedicated to effective education in the 21st century.

Julia Brickman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood & Education from Texas Christian University. Julia has also obtained certifications in MMTIC from CAPT in October 2014, EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) from MHS (Mental Health Systems, PC) in October 2013, and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) from CAPT.
