Meggie Williams has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Founder & CEO of Skiptown, a tech-enabled dog social club. Meggie launched and managed the club, which offered a range of services including daycare, boarding, grooming, and a dog-friendly park and bar.
Prior to Skiptown, Meggie worked at Move Loot, Inc. as the Southeast Regional Manager and later as the General Manager of Move Loot-Charlotte. In their roles, they directed the company's expansion planning, developed a scalable customer acquisition strategy, and managed the operations and financials of the Charlotte office/warehouse.
Meggie also gained experience at IBM as a Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant. Meggie worked on corporate strategy roles for large-scale business transformations, including the implementation of the IBM Watson supercomputer at a major commercial bank. Their responsibilities included designing alternative use case scenarios, gathering business/data requirements, and conducting end-to-end process mappings.
Overall, Meggie has demonstrated their ability to successfully launch and operate businesses, develop scalable strategies, and contribute to large-scale business transformations.
Meggie Williams attended Moorestown High School from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued their higher education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies.
