Synthia Wright

Synthia Wright's work experience includes serving as a Training Development Manager at Skiptown since June 2023 and previously working as a Talent Manager at the same company from September 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of People and Culture at PlayWashPint from August 2020 to September 2022. Synthia also served as the Chief Happiness Officer at Citizen Hound from September 2017 to August 2020. Synthia Wright completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in European History from the University of California, Santa Cruz in the years 2010 to 2014. In 2012 to 2013, they also attended Carson-Newman University, focusing on Exercise Science. Later, in 2015 to 2016, Synthia pursued a Master's degree in Health and Human Performance with a specialization in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Sul Ross State University. Additionally, they obtained another Master's degree from Sul Ross State University in 2015 to 2016, this time in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General.

Synthia Wright also holds various certifications. In July 2021, they obtained certifications in Instructional Design: Needs Analysis, Scrum: Advanced, and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn. In September 2021, they received a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn as well. Lastly, in March 2023, they obtained certifications in 20 Questions to Improve Learning at Your Organization and Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, both from LinkedIn.
