Ruby Sandhu

Ruby Sandhu has a long and successful career in the professional services industry. Ruby began their career in 1998 as a Partner and Program Director at CSC. In 2006, they were promoted to Transformation Executive and HR/Finance Portfolio Leader, where they leveraged aggressive process improvements to effect immediate, significant turnaround of two failing programs and successfully implemented Workday across 70+ countries. Ruby then became Senior Partner and Business Integration Leader, playing a key leadership role in splitting CSC's Commercial and Government businesses. In the same year, they were also appointed Senior Partner and Industry Delivery Executive, managing a $250M Application Services P&L per year. In 2010, they were promoted to Senior Partner and Director of Offshore Services, where they were responsible for all Offshore business for the Consulting division of CSC. Ruby grew the Offshore business from 40 to over 2000 employees within a span of three years. In 2016, they founded RighIT Solutions LLC, a professional services firm in the Washington DC Metro area, and co-founded SkliQ - The Human Intelligence Cloud, an Enterprise SaaS platform.

Ruby Sandhu earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal between 1992 and 1996. Ruby then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University between 1996 and 1998.
