Founded in 2025, SKN Recruitment was built by finance professionals, for finance professionals. With deep, hands-on experience across the finance broking sector, we understand the realities of the role—beyond job titles and CVs. We know what it takes to succeed as a broker, what businesses truly need, and where the right match creates long-term value.

Our background in the finance industry allows us to recruit with insight, not guesswork. We work closely with brokerages ranging from boutique firms to high-growth operations, placing junior through senior brokers who align not only on skillset, but on culture, ambition, and values. For candidates, we provide honest guidance, market knowledge, and access to opportunities that support real career progression.

At SKN Recruitment, recruitment is more than filling roles—it’s about strengthening the finance sector by connecting the right people with the right opportunities. We’re committed to raising the standard of broker recruitment through transparency, industry expertise, and relationships built on trust.
