Chris Sweeney

Chris Sweeney is an accomplished electrical technician and supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, predominantly within the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry. Currently employed at SKN Electrical Services Ltd since April 2011, Chris supervises a team and oversees various maintenance and installation tasks in compliance with ATEX requirements. Previous roles include positions as an electrical technician, inspector, and QAQC inspector in multiple companies, where Chris developed expertise in installing and inspecting explosive environment equipment, managing projects that met high specifications and regulatory standards, and working in challenging environments, including military bases in the Middle East. Chris’s extensive background encompasses a range of skills and an in-depth understanding of electrical systems and safety regulations.
