Eva Emfel

Eva Emfel has extensive experience in organizational development and strategic consulting, currently serving as a verksamhetsutvecklare myndighetsövergripande at Skolverket since April 2011. In this role, responsibilities include leading complex initiatives related to organizational culture, security efforts, IT governance, and digitalization, as well as acting as a deputy unit manager and assistant department head during organizational changes. Previously, Eva held positions as a controller at Polismyndigheten i Stockholms län, an economics teacher at Tyresö gymnasium, and consulted for firms such as Accenture and Sinova AB on business and organizational development projects. Eva's academic background includes a Civilekonom degree from Stockholm School of Economics and a gymnasielärarexamen from Stockholm Institute of Education.
