Serena Granlund

Serena Granlund's work experience includes various roles at different companies. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Sema Group. At Skanska IT Nordic, they held multiple positions starting in 2000, including Head of Project Management Team and Head of Project Management Office. Their responsibilities included overseeing project managers, implementing project management processes, and managing project portfolios. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Business Developer at Director General's Office at Skolverket, focusing on project management and process improvement. Serena then moved on to become Head of Portfolio Management at Skolverket from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Development and Architecture at Skolverket.

Serena Granlund has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration, information technology, and language studies. Serena obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Organization and Marketing from Stockholm University between 1994 and 1998. In the same university, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) and System from 1995 to 1997.
