Florian Plenge

Florian Plenge began their career in 2000 as a Research Associate at the Fritz-Haber-Institut der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft, where they developed theoretical and numerical models for the description of electrochemical systems and wrote code to run computer experiments. In 2004, they became an Entrepreneur at Indiebase, where they were responsible for technical and business planning of an mp3 store specializing in independent label music. That same year, they also began working at Native Instruments, where they held a number of roles, including Vice President Sales and Marketing, Director DJ Division, and Product Manager. In 2014, they became Co-Founder and CEO of Skoove.

Florian Plenge completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Technische Universität Berlin between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, in June 2015, they obtained a certification as a Graduate of Microsoft Ventures Accelerator from Microsoft.
