James Czilli

James Czilli has over 25 years of work experience in the engineering field. James began their career in 1994 as an ASIC Designer/Team Leader at Nortel Networks. In 1998, they joined Cisco Systems and held various roles including Director of Engineering Operations, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager. In 2012, they moved to AOptix Technologies as Senior Director Hardware Engineering. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Director Engineering at Seagate Technology, and in 2016 they became Senior Director of Engineering at Infinera. Currently, James is VP Engineering, Communications Products Business Unit at Skorpios Technologies, Inc.

James Czilli holds a M.A.Sc. and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
