Tor Hatlevoll is a Senior Labour Market Economist at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since 2025, having previously worked as an Economist in the same organization from 2019. With extensive experience in economics, Tor served at Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting from 2006 to 2019, and held economist roles at Kommunal and IF Metall earlier in their career. Additionally, Tor contributed to international economic discussions as a General Rapporteur and Vice Chair of the CEEP Macro Economic Task Force from 2013 to 2017. Tor earned a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Stockholm between 1994 and 1999.
