Sean Smith

Sean Smith is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and operational management. Currently serving as Global Head of Underwriting Processes at Skuld since June 2013, Sean has held various leadership roles including Performance Manager Underwriting and Syndicate 1897 Underwriting Manager, overseeing Delegated Underwriting and Syndicate Operations. Prior to Skuld, Sean worked at Jubilee Managing Agency Limited as Business Support Manager, contributing operational expertise, and held the position of Commercial Manager at Helix UK Limited, focusing on new business initiatives. Sean's earlier career at Capita Insurance Services included key roles in business development and management across multiple functions. Education was completed at St Joseph's Academy from 1980 to 1986.
