Talea Bader

Talea Bader has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they worked as an Analyst at Sydney Capital Partners, where they were involved in financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, equity research, and company valuation. Talea then joined Cardno as a Commercial Finance Analyst, supporting the Water & Environment business unit with strategic insights and cost-saving initiatives. In 2013, they took on the role of Finance Analyst at Excalibur Funds Management, gaining knowledge in the hedge fund industry and alternative investment strategies. Talea also founded Bader Capital, a proprietary trading company, where they implemented a multi-asset trading strategy. At News Corp Australia, Talea served as a Finance Business Partner and was responsible for digital, data, and technology financial planning and reporting. Talea joined UNSW as a Senior Strategy Analyst in 2018 before founding SKUTOPIA and Workit Spaces, where they currently serve as the Managing Director and Founder.

Talea Bader has obtained a Bachelor of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University. In addition, they have completed a program in Chinese Legal Systems at the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2015. Talea Bader also holds a Masters of Global Law degree from the University of Sydney. Talea has an additional certification in RG146 obtained from ASIC.
