Andy Eastes has extensive work experience in various roles related to process improvement and system automation. Andy co-founded SkuVault in 2011 and served as the CEO, focusing on solving inventory issues for e-commerce businesses. Andy later joined Linnworks as the Chief Strategy Officer. In 2022, Andy was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute, where they joined a group of leaders working on global challenges. Prior to these positions, they worked at Process Solutions LLC, specializing in improving systems and processes, and at Hussey Copper as an Industrial Engineer, where they implemented inventory control and warehouse management systems. Andy also worked at Street Moda, LLC as an Operations & Technical Manager, focusing on automating processes and improving communication between departments.
Andy Eastes attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2017, where they studied Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering from the J. B. Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville. Andy completed their high school education at DeSales High School from 2002 to 2006.
