Peter Petrik

Peter Petrik has a long and varied work experience. Peter has been in the workforce since 2005. In that time, they have served in a variety of roles. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Mitas Group, where they managed performance of sales and marketing teams and provided direction in expansion into related markets, resulting in an increase of recurring annual revenues by over $200,000 and sales to government agencies of over $500,000. In 2008, they founded and became the CEO of Skvare, a skilled team in Drupal and CiviCRM that specializes in building online presence and community management tools for non-profit organizations, professional societies, and membership-driven associations. Peter also served as a Board Member for the Dallas AfterSchool Network in 2008. From 2008 to 2017, they were a Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas, teaching classes in business undergraduate courses as well as MBA courses in Global Business. Peter was also a Professor at the University of International Business and Economics in 2017, a Professor at Shenzhen Polytechnic in 2019, a Professor at the Banking Academy of Vietnam in 2017, and a Professor at the University of Finance and Administration, Prague in 2012. Additionally, from 2017 to the present, they have served as an Accelerator Facilitator and Board Member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Peter Petrik has a diverse educational background. Peter obtained a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2000, an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1999, and an Entrepreneurial Masters Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018. Peter also holds four certifications from Harvard University, including Design Thinking (April 2014), Digital Marketing: Social Media and Online Strategies (March 2014), Strategic Management of Growth Companies (March 2014), and Innovation Architect from SIT - Systematic Inventive Thinking (January 2014).
