Tom Sylvester

Tom Sylvester is a seasoned Senior UC Solutions Engineer at SKY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. since April 2021, with extensive experience as a Systems Engineer in various roles since 2005. Prior positions include contract work focused on Alcatel OXE, as well as engineering roles at Advance2000 and Dice Communications, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed Alcatel PCX systems, IP Telephony, and Data Networking. Notable projects include maintenance and support for the Indian Health Service and Madison Schools, and the installation of a large Alcatel PCX system at The College of New Jersey. Tom has also worked for TRANS-TEL CENTRAL, Terra Telecom, and Compel, contributing to both voice and data networking.
