Darren Mael is an accomplished Design Director with extensive experience in design and art direction, currently serving at Sky Creative since June 2025, and previously held the role of Design Director at iris Worldwide from October 2013 to April 2024. Prior to that, Darren worked as a freelance Design/Art Director for a brief period in 2013, and has served as Design Group Head and Senior Designer at Billington Cartmell/Brave from September 2012 to July 2013. Darren's portfolio includes work for notable brands such as Wilkinson Sword, Dove Men, Whitley Neill, UEFA, Monkey Shoulder, and McDonald's. Darren holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Essex, completed in 2004.
