Rick Boss

Rick Boss serves as the President of Sky Elements Drones since November 2020, leading a premier company in the drone light show industry known for its award-winning designs and services provided to notable clients across the United States. Prior to this, from May 2003 to February 2024, Rick held the position of Principal at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Southwest, specializing in Employee Benefits to support strategic planning for health and welfare plans. Earlier experience includes serving as a Group Health Representative at Great-West Healthcare from May 1997 to May 2003. Rick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1997.
