Sky Finance invests in Real Estate Mortgage Notes.  But it doesn't do so alone.  Rather, Sky Finance reaches out to Note holders and potential Note investors.   The Note holders would include banks, mortgage brokers, seller-financed Note holders, and all who interact with the above, including attorneys, accountants, contactors, real estate personnel, and more.  From these Sky Finance purchases Mortgage Notes.

Sky Finance also reaches out to Investors and would-be Investors who would be interested in a solid, reliable cash flow, with real estate collateral backing their principal investment.  Sky Finances orchestrates Agreements with Investors such that each Investor or their company form Joint Venture agreements with Sky Finance - or the equivalent thereof - so as to fund the Mortgage Note deals which Sky Finance has identified.

Sky Finance is not a Note broker.  Rather, the Note investments are part of Sky Finance's portfolio for the lifetime of the investment, and the Investor who is part of the deal has specific, legal, well-defined rights over the Note into which he/she has invested.
