Ailsa Weir

Ailsa Weir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service strategy and customer management. Since August 2012, Ailsa has held various leadership positions at Sky, including Director of Service Strategy & Propositions, Head of Transformation, and Head of Strategy and Planning - Entertainment Marketing. Prior to Sky, Ailsa worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager in Customer Advisory Services and at Daimler as a Customer Relationship Specialist and Marketing Specialist. Ailsa began a career in marketing as a Marketing Executive at Autobytel. Ailsa earned a BSc in Biology from Imperial College London between 1996 and 1999.
