Alistair Smith

Alistair Smith is the Head of Insight at Sky Customer Service Group, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Alistair held various roles at Sky from 2006 to 2009, including Business Information Manager and Head of Data and Infrastructure. Their career began at NHS Fife, where they worked as a Hospital Information Officer from 1994 to 1998. Alistair earned their education at Heriot-Watt University from 1987 to 1991.
