Andy Bell is currently the Global Design Lead at Sky, where they work to shape the future of TV through Sky Glass and beyond. They have held various roles in design, including UX Lead for Global Identity & Personalisation at Sky since 2024, and previously served as a UX Lead for TV Products at the same company. With a background as a Digital Designer and Senior Experience Planner across multiple organizations, including Fusebox Design Ltd, Sabre, and all., Andy has consistently championed accessibility in design. Andy earned a BA(Hons) in Interactive Media Design from Northumbria University, graduating in 2010.
