Bal Thandi is a senior product and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in blue chip companies, specializing in driving consumer-centric marketing and strategic change. They have successfully led more than 45 product launches and enhancements across Europe, the Middle East, and America, and have managed substantial marketing budgets with strong commercial acumen. Currently the Head of Product at Sky, Bal oversees the delivery of new broadband products while managing change requirements in the customer experience. Previous roles include leadership positions at American Express, HomeServe, and Latium Enterprises, where they demonstrated a commitment to developing multicultural teams and achieving high employee engagement scores. Bal holds a BSc in Maths, Stats, and Computing from De Montfort University and a Postgraduate degree in Statistics from Lancaster University.
