Caley Cook has over a decade of experience in product and project management, currently serving in multiple roles at Sky since November 2012, including Scrum Master, Digital Experience Manager, and Senior Product Manager for Communications Products. Responsibilities encompass new product development, pilot trials, customer migrations, issue management, regulatory compliance, and project delivery. Prior to Sky, Caley held positions at Origin Energy from March 2009 to 2011, working as Pricing Integration Manager and Pricing Operations Team Leader, focusing on enhancing pricing operations. Additionally, Caley led a team within the Executive Support Team at Sky, emphasizing team management, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
