Dean O'Brien

Dean O'Brien is a seasoned Procurement and Supply Chain professional with a specialization in commercial and contract strategy. They previously practiced law for over eight years, focusing on contractual disputes and various forms of litigation, including commercial, insurance, and employment law. Dean held consultancy roles at Turner & Townsend and Deloitte, leading procurement and contract strategy services for major clients in the Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors and transforming supply chain operations for retailers and telecom companies. They founded MLO Legal, providing leadership and counsel in civil litigation, employment, and commercial law. Currently, Dean serves as the Group Procurement Manager at Sky and pursues a Master of Science in Strategic Procurement Management at the University of South Wales.
